Event Details:

• Time: 10 AM - 9 PM
• Where: Fellowship CRC, 641 Elm Street, St Thomas, ON
• Cost: $40 per person (per event)

What’s Included:

• Table space (minimum of 4ft per person)
• Separate tables for eating
• Afternoon tea & snack
• Coffee/tea/water provided
• Door prizes from our vendors and/or scrapbooking manufacturers (please note: there is not necessarily one door prize per person)
• On-site vendors for your shopping needs

Please Bring:

• Your own meals (or plan to order in)
• A reusable cup
• Extra lighting and an extension cord if needed

Additional Info:

• Accessibility: No stairs and plenty of parking available.
• Pop for Sale: Funds raised from pop sales are donated to youth programming.

• Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Payments can be made via credit card or e-transfer (preferred).
• No refunds. Due to this being a fundraiser event, we are unable to offer refunds. If you need to cancel, please sell your ticket and inform us with the new participant’s details.
• This is a fundraiser event supporting the Go Local Team. All proceeds after expenses directly benefit this initiative.
