Go Local No Frills Crop

Please note there are a few changes for crops in 2024

1. Crops will be starting at 10am.  Why? Often the church has events the evening prior to the crops (making for late nights), starting at 10am will allow for a morning set up if needed.
2. There will no longer be a seating plan.  I have tried to have seating plans made, and in 2023 to select seats to sit with friends and unfortunately this has not worked out.  If you are attending with friends whoever arrives first please save for your friends. Tables can be rearranged if required.
3. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 feet of space.

Time: 10am-9pm 

Where: Fellowship CRC - 641 Elm Street, St Thomas, ON

Cost: $40 per person

Please bring your own meals (or order in) and a reusable cup. 

If you require extra light please bring a light and extension cord.

Your Ticket includes:

Your table space (minimum of 4ft)

Separate tables for eating

A gift and/or door prizes from our vendors and/or scrapbooking manufacturers

Afternoon tea & snack

Vendors

Coffee/Tea/Water

There are no stairs and plenty of parking at this facility.

Your registration is not confirmed until your payment is received. You can pay with a credit card but please consider sending e transfer.

If you need to cancel please sell your own ticket and contact us with the new participants information. Sorry No Refunds.

Pop will be available for purchase (money from pop is donated towards youth programming).

The funds raised from this crop goes towards the Go Local Team. The ticket price covers expenses and the remainder goes toward the Go Local Team to be utilised as needed. (Note the vendors/organisers of the event do not ‘earn’ an income from ticket sales, this is a fundraiser event)
